  "text": "(1) The Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Wales) Order 2024 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 40(2) (Pre-movement testing), before sub-paragraph (a) insert—\n“(za) for animals that (at the point a sample is taken) are aged 20 days or less, take an ear tag sample of tissue in accordance with article 13, or”.\n(3) In article 41(2) (Post-movement testing of animals without a known individual BVD status from herds outside of Wales), before sub-paragraph (a) insert—\n“(za) take an ear tag sample of tissue in accordance with article 13, or”.",
