# The Bowes Extension Light Railway Order 1994, Article 5: Agreements with the Borough Council and the City Council


The Company may enter into agreements with the Borough Council and with the City Council or either of them as to the working of the Company’s railway in conjunction with and as an extension to the Council’s railway.
