# The Bradford & Bingley plc Compensation Scheme (Amendment) Order 2009, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Bradford & Bingley plc Compensation Scheme (Amendment) Order 2009.
(2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
