  "text": "(1) This Treaty shall be ratified, and the instruments of ratification shall be exchanged at Brasilia as soon as possible. It shall enter into force on the date of the exchange of instruments of ratification.\n(2) Either of the Contracting States may terminate this Treaty at any time by giving notice to the other through the diplomatic channel; and if such notice is given the Treaty shall cease to have effect six months after the receipt of the notice.",
