  "text": "(1) The following provisions of these Regulations come into force on 13th December 2024—\n(a) regulation 1 and this regulation;\n(b) regulation 3, paragraph (1), for the purpose of commencing the provisions of that regulation mentioned in sub-paragraph (c);\n(c) regulation 3, paragraphs (2) to (5) and paragraph (8).\n(2) The following provisions of these Regulations come into force on 13th December 2026—\n(a) regulation 3, paragraph (1), for the purpose of commencing the provisions of that regulation mentioned in sub-paragraph (b);\n(b) regulation 3, paragraphs (6) and (7).",
