  "text": "(1) The Regulations specified in column 1 of Schedule 5 are hereby revoked to the extent specified in column 3 of that Schedule.\n(2) For the purposes of column 3 of Schedule 5 “the 1984 Regulations” means the Bread and Flour Regulations 1984 and “the Scottish 1984 Regulations” means the Bread and Flour (Scotland) Regulations 1984.",
