  "text": "(1) A person must not use a flour bleaching agent in the preparation of bread or flour.\n(2) In this regulation—\n(a) a “flour bleaching agent” is a food additive primarily used to remove colour from flour;\n(b) “food additive” has the meaning given in Article 3(2)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on food additives.",
