  "text": "The hours of work during the construction phase of the authorised development and any traffic movements into and out of the site associated with the construction or maintenance of the authorised development shall be 0700 to 1900 hours on Mondays to Fridays and 0800 to 1300 hours on Saturdays other than as allowed for under Requirement 14. No work shall take place outside these hours, or on public holidays, unless otherwise previously agreed by the relevant planning authority.",
