  "text": "No wind turbine shall be erected until, after consultation with the Ministry of Defence, details of the installation of infra-red aviation warning lights have been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority. The lights shall be installed in accordance with the approved details and maintained until the wind turbines are decommissioned in accordance with Requirements.",
