  "text": "The undertaker shall provide to the relevant planning authority the independent consultant’s assessment and conclusions regarding the noise complaint, including all calculations, audio recordings and the raw data upon which those assessments and conclusions are based. Such information shall be provided within 3 months of the date of the written request of the relevant planning authority unless otherwise extended in writing by the relevant planning authority.",
