  "heading": "Decommissioning and site restoration",
  "text": "(1) Not less than 12 months before the expiry of the development consent granted by this Order, a decommissioning and site restoration scheme shall be submitted to the relevant planning authority for its approval.\n(2) The decommissioning and site restoration scheme shall include provision for—\n(a) removal of all above-ground elements of the authorised development (with the exception of Work No. 3);\n(b) removal of turbine bases and cabling to one metre below ground level; and\n(c) restoration of the areas disturbed by the authorised project.\n(3) Decommissioning and restoration shall be completed in accordance with the approved decommissioning and site restoration scheme within the period set out in the approved scheme.",
