  "text": "(1) Subject to the power to deviate set out in article 6 of this Order and any other Requirement the authorised development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans or other documents certified in accordance with article 18 of this Order.\n(2) No part of the authorised development shall be carried out within 50 metres of a watercourse unless shown on those plans as within 50 metres of a watercourse or approved by the relevant planning authority.",
