# The Brechfa Forest Wind Farm Connection Order 2016, Article 21: Compulsory acquisition of land – incorporation of the mineral code

Extent: E+W+S

Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (minerals) are incorporated into this Order subject to the modifications that—
(a) paragraph 8(3) is not incorporated; and
(b) for “the acquiring authority” there is substituted “the undertaker”.
