  "heading": "Certification of plans",
  "text": "(1) The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—\n(a) the access and rights of way plans;\n(b) the archaeological written scheme of investigation;\n(c) the book of reference;\n(d) the CEMP;\n(e) the construction management strategy;\n(f) the crown land plans;\n(g) the CTMP;\n(h) the design drawings;\n(i) the dust management plan;\n(j) the environmental features plans;\n(k) the environmental statement;\n(l) the flood consequence assessment;\n(m) the frac-out contingency plan;\n(n) the habitat management plan;\n(o) the heritage designations plans;\n(p) the invasive weeds management plan;\n(q) the land plans;\n(r) the master key plan;\n(s) the overall location plan;\n(t) the pollution prevention and emergency response plan;\n(u) the public rights of way management strategy;\n(v) the transport assessment;\n(w) the trees and hedges with the potential to be affected plans;\n(x) the waste management plan;\n(y) the water management plan; and\n(z) the works plans,\nfor certification that they are true copies of the documents referred to in this Order.\n(2) A plan or document so certified is to be admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
