# The Brechfa Forest Wind Farm Connection Order 2016, Paragraph 1: Applications made under Requirement

Extent: E+W+S

Where an application has been made to the relevant planning authority for any agreement or approval required pursuant to a Requirement included in this Order, the relevant planning authority must give notice to the undertaker of their decision including the reasons on the application, within a period of 8 weeks beginning with—
(a) the day immediately following that on which the application is received by the authority; or
(b) such longer period as may be agreed by the undertaker and the relevant planning authority.
