  "text": "Prior to its installation, details showing the location, structural design and appearance of the temporary bridge shall be submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority. The bridge shall be removed and the land reinstated to the satisfaction of the relevant planning authority within one month following the completion of the cable undergrounding.",
