# The Brechfa Forest Wind Farm Connection Order 2016, Paragraph 12: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and a protected person under this Schedule shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and that protected person, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 35 (arbitration).
