# The Brechfa Forest Wind Farm Connection Order 2016, Paragraph 1

Extent: E+W+S

For the protection of DCC referred to in this Part 3 of Schedule 9, the following provisions shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and DCC, have effect.
