# The Brechfa Forest Wind Farm Connection Order 2016, Paragraph 1: Application

Extent: E+W+S

For the protection of the protected person referred to in this part of this Schedule the following provisions shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the protected person, have effect.
