# The Brechfa Forest Wind Farm Connection Order 2016, Paragraph 11: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and the protected person under this Schedule shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the protected person, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 35 (arbitration).
