# The Bretton Hall Higher Education Corporation (Dissolution) Order 2001, Article 3


Section 127 of the Education Reform Act 1988 shall apply to any person employed by the corporation immediately before 1st August 2001 as if the reference in that section—
(a) to a person to whom that section applies were to a person so employed;
(b) to the transfer date were to 1st August 2001;
(c) to the transferor authority were to the corporation; and
(d) to the corporation were to the University of Leeds.
