  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order dissolves Bretton Hall higher education corporation. It provides that the property, rights and liabilities of the dissolved corporation transfer to the University of Leeds and secures the rights of employees by applying section 127 of the Education Reform Act 1988.",
