  "long_title": "This Order makes amendments to subordinate legislation in consequence of the Bribery Act 2010 (“the Act”): it comes into force on 1st July 2011. The amendments reflect the abolition of the common law offences of bribery and embracery by section 17(1)(a) of the Act and the repeal, by Schedule 2 to the Act, of the Public Bodies Corrupt Practices Act 1889 (c. 69), the Prevention of Corruption Act 1906 (c. 34), and the Prevention of Corruption Act 1916 (c. 64).",
