  "long_title": "This Order, made in accordance with section 58(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, gives effect to proposals by the Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales. The effect of those proposals is that two areas will be transferred from the community of Coity Higher to the community of Brackla and one area will be transferred from the community of Brackla to the community of Coity Higher after this Order comes into force. The boundary between the Pendre Community Ward and the Coity Community Ward in the community of Coity Higher is altered to correspond with the new community boundary as shown on the boundary map and in addition, the boundary between the Pendre Community Ward and the Coity Community Ward is altered as shown on the boundary map.",
