# The Bridgend (Brackla and Coity Higher) Order 2006, Article 1: Title and Commencement


(1) The title of this Order is the Bridgend (Brackla and Coity Higher) Order 2006.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1 April 2006, which is the appointed day for the purposes of the 1976 Regulations, except that for the purposes set out in Regulation 4 of the 1976 Regulations this Order comes into force on the day after that on which it is made.
