  "text": "When Certiorari allowed.\nAnd bee it further enacted by the Authoritie aforesaid That all defects of Repaires of Causeys, Pavements, Highwayes or Bridges shall be presented in the County onely where such Causeys, Pavements Highwayes or Bridges doe lye, and not elsewhere, and that noe such Presentment or Indictment shall be removed by Certiorari or otherwise out of the said County, till such Indictment or Presentment be traversed and Judgement thereupon given.",
