Article 44 Misuse of scheduled works, etc.

Any person who without lawful authority or reasonable excuse—

(a)

closes or opens the barrier, or

(b)

in any other way interferes with the scheduled works or their operation,

is guilty of an offence and for every such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
