# The Bristol City Docks Harbour Revision Order 1998, Article 14: Establishment of Company as harbour authority for Portishead Pier estate


On the appointed day the Company shall become the harbour authority for the Portishead Pier estate and the Council shall cease to be the harbour authority in respect thereof.
