# The Bristol Development Corporation (Planning Functions) Order 1995, Article 2: Revocation of the planning functions and special development orders


The Bristol Development Corporation (Planning Functions) Order 1989 and the Town and Country Planning (Bristol Urban Development Area) Special Development Order 1989 are hereby revoked.
