This Order revokes the Bristol Development Corporation (Planning Functions) Order 1989 and the Town and Country Planning (Bristol Urban Development Area) Special Development Order 1989 and makes transitional provisions in connection with the transfer of planning functions from the Bristol Development Corporation to the councils of the City of Bristol and the County of Avon.
