  "text": "The Forum may appoint additional members as follows—\n(a) one member nominated by the head teacher of each zone school;\n(b) up to twelve members from persons who appear to the Forum to represent the interests of maintained nursery schools within the area served by the zone schools;\n(c) up to five members from persons who appear to the Forum to represent the interests of local business;\n(d) one member who appears to the Forum to represent the interests of local arts organizations;\n(e) up to three members from persons nominated by the Education Joint Consultative Committee of Bristol City Council, or by any successor body;\n(f) up to five members to represent the interests of local community groups, from nominations made by the Voluntary Organisations' Standing Conference on Urban Regeneration (company registration number: 3918210) or by any successor body;\n(g) up to two members from nominations by the Bristol Regeneration Partnership (registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, registration number: 28628R);\n(h) up to three members from nominations by the Black Development Agency Limited (company registration number: 3319667);\n(i) up to three members to represent the interests of higher or further education institutions or both;\n(j) one person nominated by Learning Partnership West (company registration number: 2911928);\n(k) up to five members who appear to the Forum to represent the interests of local ethnic minority groups who would otherwise be under represented on the Forum.",
