  "text": "EDUCATION, ENGLAND\nMade 7th March 2001\nLaid before Parliament 15th March 2001\nComing into force 6th April 2001\nWhereas an application for the purpose of both varying and amending the Bristol Education Action Zone has been made to the Secretary of State with the consent of the governing bodies of every school which it is proposed should be a participating school;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10(1), 10(3)(b) and 11 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998, hereby makes the following Order:",
