The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretaries of State respectively concerned with the sea fishing industry in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1(1), (2), (3) and (5) of the British Fishing Boats Act 1983 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following order:—
