  "text": "(1) A person has a qualifying immigration status for the purposes of paragraph 1(2) if the person has—\n(a) qualifying temporary residence leave;\n(b) probationary citizenship leave;\n(c) permanent residence leave;\n(d) a qualifying CTA entitlement;\n(e) a Commonwealth right of abode; or\n(f) a temporary or permanent EEA entitlement.\n(2) A person who is required for those purposes to have a qualifying immigration status for the whole of the qualifying period need not have the same qualifying immigration status for the whole of that period.",
