  "text": "On and after the date to be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes in accordance with Article 1(2) of this Order, the British Nationality Act 1981 shall have effect as if, in Schedule 3 to that Act (countries whose citizens are Commonwealth citizens), under the word “Botswana” there were inserted the word “Brunei”.",
