The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 41(1), (3) and (3A) of the British Nationality Act 1981f1, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1981 c. 61. Section 41(1) and (3) is amended, and section 41(3A) is inserted, by paragraphs 3, 4, 6 and 7 of Schedule 1 to the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (c. 41).
