Regulation 1

These Regulations may be cited as the British Nationality (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2005.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations shall come into force on 1st November 2005.

These Regulations shall come into force in the Islandsf1 on 1st May 2006.
