# The British Nationality (Pakistan) Order 1989, Article 1


This Order may be cited as the British Nationality (Pakistan) Order 1989 and shall come into force on the date upon which Pakistan again becomes a member of the Commonwealth, which date will be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.
