# British North America Act 1915, Section 2: Constitution of House of Commons


The British North America Act, 1867, is amended by adding thereto the following section immediately after section fifty-one of the said Act:—
“
51A Notwithstanding anything in this Act, a province shall always be entitled to a number of members in the House of Commons not less than the number of senators representing such province.”
