Section 10 Level crossing of railway by Work No. 11B

In this section“the new level crossing” means the crossing on the level of the Carnforth and Whitehaven Railway by Work No. 11B.

The Board may, subject to such requirements as the Secretary of State may from time to time lay down, provide, maintain and operate at or near the new level crossing such lights, traffic signs and automatic or other devices or appliances as may be approved by the Secretary of State.
