# British Railways Act 1993, Section 38: Amendment of British Railways Acts 1989 and 1990


Section 29 of the 1989 c. iii.British Railways Act 1989 and section 30 of the 1990 c. xxv.British Railways Act 1990 shall each have effect as if in paragraph (a) of subsection (2) thereof for the words “his notice, or in such part thereof as may be required by the Board” there were substituted “the contract”.
