These Regulations may be cited as the British Shipbuilders Regulations 1977 and shall come into operation on 8th April 1977.

(2)

In these Regulations “the Corporation” means British Shipbuilders.

(3)

The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of these Regulations as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
