# The British Shipbuilders Regulations 1977, Regulation 11


Every document purporting to be executed, signed or issued by or on behalf of the Corporation or any member or employee of the Corporation shall be received in evidence and be deemed, without further proof, to be so executed, signed or issued unless the contrary is proved.
