  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend section 1(2)(b) of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Act 1977 by reducing the minimum number of members of British Shipbuilders in addition to the chairman from 7 to 2. They also make consequential amendments to the British Shipbuilders Regulations 1977 regarding the quorum and resolutions in writing of British Shipbuilders.",
