# The British Technology Group Act 1991 (Modification and Saving) Order 1992, Article 3


The repeal of section 9 of the Industry Act 1975 by section 17(2) of and Schedule 2 to the Act of 1991 shall not affect the continuing operation of section 9 for the purposes of section 31(1) of the Act of 1990 (as modified by article 2 above).
