  "text": "(1) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(2) As from the appointed day, Schedule 3 to the said Act of 1973 (reserved matters) shall have effect as if—\n(a) the words “ telecommunications and” were omitted from paragraph 13 of that Schedule ; and\n(b) after the said paragraph 13 there were inserted the following paragraph—\n“13A Telecommunications.”",
