# British Waterways Act 1995, Paragraph 11: Holder to comply with planning law, etc.


The holder of a certificate shall comply in all respects with the terms of any planning permission given in relation to the houseboat and with any other enactment or byelaw in force applying to houseboats within the area in which it is moored.
