# British Waterways Act 1995, Paragraph 2: Application


(1) Part II of this Schedule applies where—
(a) the Board own an interest in, or rights over, the site; and
(b) the site is managed by the Board or their agent.
(2) Part III of this Schedule applies to all certificates.
