  "text": "If a person suffers loss or damage in consequence of—\n(a) entry on to land in accordance with this Part; or\n(b) the carrying out of relevant operations in accordance with this Part; or\n(c) the failure by the Board to comply with any condition—\n(i) specified in a counter-notice and accepted by the Board; or\n(ii) imposed—\n(A) on any reference to arbitration of a counter-notice, by an arbitrator or arbiter;\n(B) on any appeal against a counter-notice, by a court or the sheriff;\nhe shall be entitled to recover compensation for the loss or damage from the Board.",
