# British Waterways Act 1995, Section 15: Saving for Thames Conservancy Act 1932


Nothing in this Part affects the obligation of the Board to obtain a licence under Part III of the 1932 c. xxxvii.Thames Conservancy Act 1932 in respect of any operation requiring a licence under that Part.
